For the first time ever, women have united to file a Complaint claiming they are being discriminated against in custody cases in New York on May 19, 2026.
"This is
the beginning of women taking back their power after being deprived of it."
Until the
1800’s, children were legally men’s property and women had zero power to keep
their children and men would simply claim their ex-wife was immoral, malicious, crazy, a
witch, or whatever. The judge would credit men’s false allegations and grant
them custody, the same thing happening today. This is being called the Great
Custody Switch. Women are deliberately discredited to
abet the Switch.
Judges
don’t even have to rule a woman is mad or bad, they just find it is
in the best interests of the child to switch custody from a
good, primary-nurturing mother to an abusive or otherwise undeserving father.
These fathers have no clue about the children because they never really cared
and the mother took care of them.
In my
case, I discovered the GAL, her spouse the vice president of a bank, and his
divorce attorney all met in the back of the bank and they sold him custody. Because
I had a personal protection order against him, they had to make him look like a
“good” dad and me out to be a bad mother. Noting I did was correct and everything
he did was seen as good. When I had proof of him doing something bad, the hearing would be dismissed. This is psychological torture and it’s used to keep
all eyes off them and on the mother. Leaving her with PTSD and the loss of her children that was at one point, her entire world.
We’re
mad as hell and we’re not going to take this anymore!
Establishing
sex discrimination as the cause of the Custody Crisis is the first step in
ending the scourge. The Director of The
Women’s Coalition Now, Cindy Dumas says, “with this lawsuit, women will
come to realize they are being systemically discriminated against and
unite as a class to implement a new system—one that prevents
the discrimination.”
