Forced to Flee: When Mothers Say the System Left Them No Safe Place to Stay

DK Family Court Coach - Mothe's Day 2026 We are mothers, not criminals . Yet many women describe living as if they are in hiding—not from justice, but from systems they believe failed to protect them and their children. Imagine waking up every day knowing your child is somewhere you cannot reach. Imagine wondering whether their fears are being heard, while decisions about their future are being made without fully seeing them—or you. For many mothers, that pain does not fade. It settles into every hour of the day, creating a grief that can feel unbearable even while their children are still alive. They say this experience does not just happen in family court but in the child welfare and protective service systems as well. Mother's Day

A week before Mother's Day, please change your social media post to the noncustodial Mother's Day logo with no wording on it. This will show unity and get other moms' interest in what's happening. This will create awareness not only with Noncustodial Mothers but all mothers. Please write a post after you change the logo educating others what the logo is about and discuss that October 28th is Noncustodial Custodial Mother's Day. Let them know we have a demonstration going on as well.  It is important to educate other moms and let them know what is going on. Believe it or not, but lots of mothers have no clue that we even exist.  HOME #mothersDay2027 #mothersday2028 #mothersday2029 #NoncustodialMothersDay #FamilyCourt #MothersMatter

Support A Mother, Start a Conversation.

We’ve created a line of merchandise designed to support and uplift mothers affected by the family court system—and to help spark conversations with others who’ve been through it too. Each T-shirt includes a QR code on the back, so if someone behind you wants to order the exact same shirt, they can scan and purchase it easily. It’s a simple, powerful way to raise awareness in everyday settings. ⚠️ Please note: We do not recommend wearing these shirts to court. Doing so could cause issues with judges or court officers. New Designs Added Regularly We regularly update our shop with: New slogans Different shirt styles Other merchandise to spread the message Keep checking back to see what’s new! 💡 Got an idea? Do you have a slogan or design idea? We’d love to hear it! If we use your suggestion, you might even receive a free T-shirt as a thank-you. Together, we can keep making noncustodial mothers—and all affected parents— seen and heard . Get Merch Here!
