Music for the Heart: A Playlist to Lift You Up

Going through family court can be emotionally exhausting and overwhelming. It’s easy to feel defeated — but you’re not alone. To help moms get through the tough moments, DK created a special playlist filled with songs to lift your spirits and bring a little light to your day.

Whether you’re looking for comfort, encouragement, or just a reason to smile, this playlist is here for you.

Listen when you’re feeling low, need strength to keep going, or just want a moment of peace. Music can’t fix everything, but it can be a reminder that healing, hope, and joy are still possible.

Let the music remind you: you matter, you’re strong, and you are not alone. Make your own YouTube list and add the songs you like. This is just to get your creative juices flowing.

Forced to Flee: When Mothers Say the System Left Them No Safe Place to Stay

DK Family Court Coach - Mothe's Day 2026 We are mothers, not criminals . Yet many women describe living as if they are in hiding—not from justice, but from systems they believe failed to protect them and their children. Imagine waking up every day knowing your child is somewhere you cannot reach. Imagine wondering whether their fears are being heard, while decisions about their future are being made without fully seeing them—or you. For many mothers, that pain does not fade. It settles into every hour of the day, creating a grief that can feel unbearable even while their children are still alive. They say this experience does not just happen in family court but in the child welfare and protective service systems as well. Some noncustodial mothers describe standing alone in courtrooms, representing themselves as their voices sho...

The Great Custody Switch: Mothers Just Filed Family Court Discrimination in New York

Written by DK Family Court Coach For the first time ever, women have united to file a Complaint claiming they are being discriminated against in custody cases in New York on May 19, 2026. The judge would credit men’s false allegations and grant them custody, the same thing happening today. This is being called the  Great Custody Switch . Women are deliberately  discredited  to abet the Switch. Judges don’t even have to rule a woman is  mad or bad , they just find it is in the  best interests of the child  to switch c...

Noncustodial Mothers Are Leading America (NALA)

N.A.L.A. NALA is an advocacy community that centers the voices and experiences of noncustodial mothers while actively creating reform of the government at the lower levels. Our work highlights family court, child welfare systems, and the treatment of mothers and children by government agencies. Our children are sold so government employees and contractors can profit off our pain and suffering. Our goal is to not only send a message to the government but to make it change. Legislative committees, government talk and laws that do nothing and can’t make change fast enough. We are done waiting! Noncustodial Mother subscribers to our email community are called Lionets, and supporters of NALA are calle...
